I had earlier asked for prayer for our sons who made a move from Regina, Saskatchewan, to Victoria, BC. We had asked for prayer for direction as to where they should live and work. My husband and I had taken a week off from work to drive a rented van with their furniture. We had two days in Victoria to find an apartment for them before we had to head back home. We were going by faith believing that God was leading the boys to move there and would open the way. When we drove into the city, the Lord led the boys directly to the suite best suited for them. (There were very few available suites for Oct. 1st.) As we waited that first day for the landlord to do a background check, all we could do was trust the Lord that they would get it and the next day the good news came. They could move in Oct. 1st and immediately following the unloading we headed back to Manitoba.
The Lord gave us favour all the way including allowing us to get through the high mountains just before a major snow came in. For us, the whole event felt like a miracle. The way was so plainly opened for us. We left the boys with incredible peace. Praise be to Jesus. God is so good. We now would appreciate your prayer of agreement in helping our boys find really good jobs best suited for them. Also a continuous prayer of late is that the Lord would bring forth the gifts and callings that He has placed in our sons and us that we would fulfil the purpose He has for us.
